In this session, Renee Radabaugh, CMP will cover the importance of implementing a crisis management plan and how to be both prepared and resourceful when disaster strikes. Reflecting on her 30 years of experience in the industry, Renee will discuss four common crises and how to handle them including severe hurricanes, travel strikes, power outages, and the unthinkable – all of which she and her team have successfully handled head on.  You will leave this session with hands on practical information that you can apply to your own business.  Renee will show you how with preparation, flexibility, and by following professional protocols you can handle almost any crisis.
For each crisis situation, Renee will provide a real encounter and discuss the key essentials to focus on when preparing for or dealing with this type of adversity. This information will include important steps to minimize the potential impact of a crisis and underscore the benefits of establishing one for your business and client program.

MPI Virginia Chapter Attendance Policy: All Essential Level members or non-members are limited to no more than two events in one fiscal year and must pay the Essential Level/Non-member rate. MPI Preferred or Premier Level members are welcome to attend all chapter events at the Member Price.

Cancellation penalties outside 30 days from event date: $10
Cancellations within 30 days from event date: $25
Cancellations within 3 days of event date: No Refund
